Using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel, blot away any excess soy sauce from the stained area. Do not rub the stain as doing so may cause it to spread.
Mix together a solution of one cup of warm water and one tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent. Make sure that the detergent contains no bleach.
Moisten a clean cloth with the solution and use it to gently blot the stained area. Do not rub spot, as this may cause the stain to spread further.
Using a clean cloth dampened with cold water, rinse the stained area and then blot it dry.
Wash the garment according to the washing instructions indicated on the care label. If the stain is still visible after washing, repeat steps 2-4 before drying the garment.
