Gather Your Supplies

You'll need a few simple household items to get the job done. Gather together some laundry detergent, a white cloth, a bucket of cold water, and a bit of salt. If the stain is particularly stubborn, you may also want to grab a bottle of hydrogen peroxide.

Pre-Treating the Stain

Begin by pre-treating the stain with a mixture of laundry detergent and cold water. Rub the stain gently with the cloth and work the mixture into the fabric. Let this sit for 5 minutes before rinsing with cold water.

Using Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide

If the stain remains, try sprinkling some salt over the area and then saturate it with hydrogen peroxide. Allow this to sit for around 10 minutes, and then rinse away with cold water. Repeat this process until stain is gone.

Finishing Off

Once the stain has been removed, wash the joggers in your washing machine on the gentle cycle with cold water. Hang them up to dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting.
