Soy sauce stains can be a tricky to tackle, especially if they've been set in for several days. But, with the right approach, it's possible to restore your espadrilles to their former glory in no time. Here's how to remove soy sauce stains from espadrilles:

Step 1: Blot The Stain With a Paper Towel

When you first notice the stain, take a clean paper towel and gently blot area. Don't press too hard against the fabric, as this may cause the stain to penetrate deeper into the material.

Step 2: Create a Mixture of Baking Soda and Water

Mix together two parts baking soda and one part water to create a paste-like consistency. Once combined, apply mixture to the stained area and let it sit for about fifteen minutes.

Step 3: Rinse With Cold Water

After the mixture has had time to sit, rinse the area with cold water. Make sure to check that the stain is completely gone before moving on.

Once the stain is gone, let the espadrilles air dry or pat with a towel. This method of removing soy sauce stains from espadrilles is safe for all fabrics and usually yields great results!
