To pre-treat the stain, mix one tablespoon of dish soap in two cups of warm water and apply the solution to the stained area. Allow it to sit for several minutes before scrubbing gently with a soft cloth or toothbrush.
Fill a bucket or sink with warm water and add one cup of vinegar and one tablespoon of baking soda. Put the clogs in the solution and allow them to soak for 10-15 minutes. This will help loosen stain as well as help keep the colors from fading.
After the clogs have soaked, use a brush or sponge to scrub stain off. Rinse off the clogs with clean water and check the stained area to make sure the stain is gone.
Allow clogs to air dry completely. Once they are dry, they should look like new!
To prevent soy sauce stains from forming on your clogs, be sure to wipe off any spills or splashes immediately. Additionally, avoid wearing your clogs when eating food that contains soy sauce.
