How to Clean Soy Sauce Stains from Backpacks
- If stain is still wet, rinse the fabric with cold water to help dilute the soy sauce.
- Sprinkle baking soda on the affected area and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Mix together a mild detergent, such as liquid dish soap, and warm water in a bowl until well blended.
- Gently scrub the stain with a soft brush or cloth.
- Rinse fabric again with cold water and gently dab it with a towel to absorb any excess moisture.
- If the stain persists, mix together one tablespoon of white vinegar and two-thirds of a cup of warm water in a separate container.
- Place the fabric in the container and let it soak for 15 minutes before rinsing it with cold water.
