The process of removing soy sauce stains from an Ann Taylor garment is relatively straightforward and only requires a few materials. Here's what you'll need:
Once you have all of the necessary items, you're ready to begin cleaning the soy sauce stain from your Ann Taylor garment.
The first step in removing soy sauce stain is to blot away any excess liquid from the fabric. To do this, take a clean cloth and press down gently on the area with the stain. Do not rub or scrub the fabric, as this can cause the stain to spread.
Once you've blotted the stain, create a paste with the detergent and warm water. You'll want to mix the ingredients together until they form a thick paste, and then spread the paste over the affected area.
Using the toothbrush or other brush, gently scrub away the soy sauce stain. Be sure to use a light touch and to pay extra attention to the edges of the stain, as this is where it is likely to be most concentrated.
After you've brushed away stain, it's time to rinse away any remaining residue. To do this, mix one cup of white vinegar with two cups of water and pour the solution over affected area. Allow the fabric to soak for several minutes before blotting away the excess moisture.
Once the fabric has dried, the soy sauce stain should be completely gone. To ensure optimal results, wash garment according to the care instructions on the tag.
