What You Need

  • Cold Water
  • White Vinegar
  • Gentle Liquid Detergent
  • Clean Cloth
  • Oxygen Bleach

Step 1: Rinse the Area with Cold Water

The first step is to rinse the area of the fabric where the soy sauce is located with cold water. This will help stop the stain from setting deeper. Do not use warm or hot water as this will make it much harder to remove the stain.

Step 2: Apply White Vinegar

The next step is to apply a generous amount of white vinegar onto stain. You can use a clean cloth to dab the vinegar onto fabric. Once you are done applying vinegar, let it sit for 10 minutes. This will allow the vinegar to break down the stain.

Step 3: Use Gentle Liquid Detergent

Once 10 minutes are up, it is time to move on to using a gentle liquid detergent. Take your cloth and dip it in the detergent before scrubbing the area gently. Make sure to not scrub too hard as this can cause more damage to the fabric.

Step 4: Use Oxygen Bleach

If stain still remains after using the detergent, try using some oxygen bleach. Oxygen bleach is a powerful stain remover that is specifically designed to get tough stains like soy sauce out of fabric. Simply follow the instructions on the package to get best results.

Conclusion

Getting soy sauce stains out of Angora fabric is not as difficult as you might think. With the right supplies and a little bit of elbow grease, you can have your Angora looking good as new in no time!
