Remove Fresh Stains

If the stain is still fresh, dampen a cloth with some rubbing alcohol and dab it on the stain. Rub area gently with the cloth and the stain should come right off. Be sure not to rub too hard, as this can damage the fabric of the stockings.

Tackle Old Stain

If the stain is more set in, try scrubbing it with an old toothbrush and some mild soap or detergent. This will help loosen the stain and allow it to be easily removed. Scrub gently in a circular motion and rinse area with cold water. Repeat this process until the stain has been completely removed.

Prevent Further Staining

Once the stain has been removed, make sure to use a protective layer on the stockings such as a stain guard or waterproofing spray. This will help keep dirt and stains from setting in and make it easier to clean up any future messes.
