- White cotton fabric
- Mild soap
- Vinegar
- Baking soda
- Warm water
Instructions
- Gently dab the stained area with a white cloth or cotton fabric to remove any excess shoe polish.
- Mix a few drops of mild soap with some warm water in a bowl. Submerge garter in the mixture for several minutes.
- Remove the garter from the bowl and gently scrub the stained area with a soft brush or sponge.
- Mix one part vinegar with two parts baking soda in a bowl. Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and rub it onto stain. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Rinse off garter with cold water and let it air dry.
