Removing Dried Shoe Polish

For stuck-on shoe polish, use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. Moisten a cotton pad or swab with it and dab at the stain. Be careful not to let the alcohol soak through flip flop material, as it might damage it.

You can also use shaving cream or white vinegar to lift stain out. Apply a generous amount of either solution and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, take a cloth and gently scrub at the area. Repeat this until the stain is removed.
