Start by mixing one tablespoon of white vinegar with two tablespoons of baking soda in a bowl. Apply the paste onto shoe polish stain using a sponge.
After applying the paste, use a damp cloth to rub the stained area gently. Then, launder the fabric according to the washing instructions provided.
Once the fabric is dry, use an old cloth to cover the stained area and an iron to heat it up. This should help dissolve the shoe polish stain and make it easier to remove. Be careful not to scorch delicate fabrics with iron.
By following these steps, you should be able to easily and quickly remove shoe polish stains from your curtains and drapes.
