Materials Needed

  • Mild liquid detergent
  • Soft cloth
  • White vinegar
  • Sponge or soft brush

Steps To Follow

  1. Start by applying a small amount of mild liquid detergent onto a soft cloth. Gently rub cloth into the affected area until the stain begins to break down.
  2. Rinse detergent off coach item with cold water.
  3. Mix one part white vinegar with two parts warm water and apply it to the stained area using a sponge or soft brush. Rubbing it gently will help lift the stain out of the fabric.
  4. Rinse area with cold water to remove any remaining vinegar solution. Repeat if necessary.
  5. Allow your Coach item to air dry naturally. Do not use a hairdryer or put it in the dryer, as this could damage the fabric.

Tips To Keep In Mind

  • Always test the detergent or vinegar solution on an inconspicuous area of the Coach item first, to make sure it won’t cause any further damage.
  • Make sure to rinse away all of detergent or vinegar solution thoroughly, to avoid it staining the fabric further.
  • For tougher stains, it may be necessary to repeat the above steps.
