The first step is to mix a solution of warm water and dish soap. Get a soft cloth or sponge, dip it into the soapy solution, then gently scrub the stained area of the window in a circular motion. Keep scrubbing until stain starts to disappear. Rinse the cloth with clean water, wring it out, and wipe away any surplus soap.
If the stain persists, you may need to enlist the help of a glass cleaner. Apply a small amount of glass cleaner to a fresh, clean cloth or sponge and gently rub it onto the stained area. Be sure to wash the glass cleaner off with warm water afterwards and wipe away any excess product.
For more stubborn stains, you may need to use white vinegar. Try mixing one part vinegar with two parts water in a spray bottle, then spraying the stained area. Allow the solution to soak for a few minutes before cleaning it off with a clean, dry cloth. If the stain is still visible, try this method again, allowing the vinegar solution to sit for a longer period of time before wiping it off.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to remove scissor oil stains from your windows in no time. Good luck!
