Get Rid of Oil Stains on Silk Nylon: A Simple and Effective Way

Scissors oil stains on silk nylon can be a pesky problem. Besides looking unsightly, they are difficult to remove and can damage the fabric. But with the right supplies and techniques, you can easily get rid of these stains and restore the fabric’s original look and feel.

Step 1 - Remove Excess Oil

Step 4 - Wash in Washing Machine

Once you’ve followed the previous steps, put the garment in the washing machine and select a delicate cycle. Use cold water and a mild detergent to ensure the fabric isn’t damaged during wash. Once the cycle is complete, hang the garment to air dry and inspect the area one last time.
