Steps for Removing Scissors Oil Stains from Chiffon Georgette

  1. Mix a few drops of laundry detergent with a cup of warm water and soak the stained area for 10 minutes.
  2. Gently rub the stained area with a soft-bristle brush.
  3. Rinse the area with cold water.
  4. Mix ½ cup baking soda and 2 tablespoons white vinegar together until they form a paste. Spread the paste over the stain.
  5. Let the paste sit for 15 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
  6. Repeat as necessary until the stain is gone.
  7. Use clean cloths to dry the fabric.
