Removing scissors oil stains from canvas can sometimes be tricky, but it's not impossible. To do so, you'll need a few supplies. Here's a list of what you'll need:

  • A clean cloth or sponge
  • Dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • A toothbrush

Steps for Removing Scissors Oil Stains from Canvas

  1. Combine equal parts dish soap with white vinegar on a clean cloth or sponge.
  2. Gently rub the stained area in circular motions with the cloth/sponge.
  3. Rinse the area with water and repeat until the stain is gone.
  4. If the stain persists, mix baking soda with water to create a paste. Rub the paste onto stained area with a toothbrush and rinse with water.
  5. Repeat until stain is removed.
