Before you start cleaning the stain, make sure you have everything you need. You’ll need a few simple items such as laundry detergent, white vinegar, baking soda, a clean towel, and a soft-bristled brush.
Mix a solution of one part laundry detergent and two parts cool water. Dip a soft towel into solution and gently scrub the stained area. Don’t use too much pressure since you don’t want to damage fabric. Rinse the towel thoroughly and let the fabric air dry.
In a small bowl, mix together one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of cool water. Stir the ingredients until they form a thick paste. Once the paste is ready, gently apply it to stained area and let it sit for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take a damp cloth and gently wipe away the baking soda paste. Make sure to thoroughly rinse the fabric and remove any residue. Then, allow fabric to air dry.
If there are still some stubborn stains left behind, mix one part white vinegar with two parts cool water. Dip a clean cloth into the solution and rub it onto the area. Let the fabric air dry and repeat this process if necessary.
If stain still won’t come out, it may be time to take the garment to a dry cleaner. The dry cleaner will use special treatments to help get rid of tough oil stains.
With the right tools and techniques, it’s easy to clean scissors oil stains from Aeropostale clothes. Follow the steps outlined above and you’ll have your clothes looking like new in no time.
