Step 1: Scrape Off Excess Oil

The first step in removing an oil stain from an Abercrombie & Fitch garment is to scrape off any excess oil from fabric. Using a butter knife or spoon, gently scrape the surface of the fabric so as not to damage the material.

Step 2: Apply Detergent

Once all of the excess oil has been scraped off, it's time to apply detergent. Use a heavy-duty laundry detergent and mix a small amount with warm water. Create a lather and apply it directly to the stain. Gently massage detergent into fabric using your fingers or a soft brush. Let the detergent sit on the fabric for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off.

Step 3: Rinse & Repeat

Rinse garment thoroughly to remove the detergent and any residue from oil. If the stain is still visible, repeat steps 1-3 until the stain is completely gone.

Step 4: Air Dry or Machine Wash

Once the stain has been removed, you can either air dry the garment or put it in the washing machine. If you do choose to machine wash the garment, use cold water and the delicate cycle.
