When removing a salad dressing stain from your Under Armour gear, the most important step is acting quickly. The faster you can treat the stain, less likely it is to become permanent. Here’s what you should do:

  • Gently remove as much of the salad dressing as possible by blotting it with a damp cloth.
  • Using a store-bought laundry detergent or pre-treatment product, lightly rub the soiled area in a circular motion.
  • Rinse the area with cold water and see if the stain is still visible.
  • If the stain persists, mix 1/2 teaspoon of liquid dish soap with two cups of warm water. Soak the affected area in this solution for 30-60 minutes.
  • Rinse the area thoroughly with cold water.
  • Repeat steps 2-4 until the stain is no longer visible.

Once the stain is gone, wash your Under Armour gear as normal according to the care instructions. Air drying is recommended; avoid placing the gear in the dryer.
