Step 1: Blot the Stain

As soon as you notice the stain, make sure to blot it with a cloth or paper towel to remove any excess liquid. Use gentle pressure, but refrain from rubbing the fabric, which can make the stain sink further into the fibers.

Step 2: Apply a Stain Remover

Create a mixture of cold water and laundry detergent, then apply it directly onto the stained area. Allow mixture to soak into the fabric for 10 minutes, then rinse the stained area with cold water.

Step 3: Pretreat the Stain

If stain is still visible after rinsing, pretreat the area with a stain remover before you put the tracksuit in washing machine. Make sure to check the care instructions on the label for specific advice on how to use the product.

Step 4: Launder the Tracksuit

Once you’ve treated the stain, launder the tracksuit according to the instructions on care label. To ensure that the stain has been removed, check fabric before you dry it.
