Unfortunately, its lightweight weave also makes it more prone to staining from salad dressing. Use a clean white cloth to blot the salad dressing stain, sopping up as much of it as you can. Do not rub the fabric, as this could spread the stain.
Gently rinse the area of the fabric that is stained with cold water. This will help remove any remaining residue from the stain.
Create a vinegar solution by mixing 1 part white vinegar and 1 part cold water. Dip a clean white cloth into the solution and gently apply the vinegar to the stained area. Allow the solution to sit on the fabric for a few minutes.
Once the vinegar solution has had time to work, rinse fabric with cold water again. This will help remove the vinegar, as well as any remaining stain.
Once stain is gone, launder the fabric using liquid laundry detergent in cold water. This will help remove any remaining residue from the vinegar solution and detergent.
