How to Get Rid of Salad Dressing Stains on Superga Shoes

It can be a bit tricky to get rid of a salad dressing stain on your Superga shoes. But with right techniques and products, you can get your favorite shoes looking like new again in no time.

What You'll Need

  • Clean cloth
  • Mild detergent
  • Warm water
  • Baking soda
  • Dryer sheet

Instructions

  1. Blot stain with a clean cloth to remove as much of the liquid as possible.
  2. Create a mixture of one cup water, one teaspoon detergent, and a teaspoon of baking soda. Dip a cloth in the mixture, wring it out, and dab at the stained area.
  3. Allow solution to sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
  4. Lightly rub a dryer sheet onto the spot to help break down and absorb any remaining residue from the stain.
  5. Let the area air dry before wearing your shoes once more.
