First of all, gather together a few supplies, which you likely have on hand. You'll need:
The best way to tackle the stain is to begin by dabbing it with a cloth or paper towel dampened with cold water.
If the stain persists, add a few drops of liquid dish soap onto the cloth or paper towel and continue to dab away at the stain. This should remove most of the salad dressing.
Once the majority of the salad dressing is removed, rinse treated area well in cold water. To finish, wipe down the area with a cleaner specifically designed to clean delicate fabrics.
If the stains prove to be particularly stubborn and remain even after applying the cold-water and dish soap technique, you might need some additional help. Some stain removers are specifically made for delicate fabrics. Simply apply a small amount of the product onto the stain and allow it to set for specified time frame. Then, rinse with cold water and the stain should be completely erased.
Finally, no matter how hard you try, there may be lingering salad dressing left in material. For this situation, a full clean and wash is needed. Follow the care instructions on your panties and make sure the water you use is cold to prevent any further damage.
