- A clean cloth
- An old toothbrush
- White vinegar
- Mild washing-up liquid
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Gently scrape away any excess salad dressing with an old toothbrush, taking care not to rub stain any deeper into the fabric.
- Mix equal parts white vinegar and cold water in a bowl.
- Dip a clean cloth into the vinegar solution and gently dab the stained area.
- Blot the area with a clean cloth or paper towels until the stain has been absorbed.
- Add a few drops of mild washing-up liquid to a cup of warm water and mix until it forms a soapy suds.
- Dip cloth into the soapy solution and gently rub stain.
