Removing Stubborn Salad Dressing Stains from your Michael Kors Handbag

What You'll Need
- White cloth
- Warm water
- Mild liquid detergent
- Sponge
- Vinegar
- Baking soda
Instructions
- Gently blot up excess salad dressing with a white cloth.
- Mix a solution of warm water and mild liquid detergent in a bowl.
- Dampen a sponge with the detergent solution and rub gently on the stain in a circular motion, working from outside in.
- Rinse the stained area with clean water.
- If stain remains, mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with 2 cups of warm water, and dip the sponge in this solution and gently rub again, working from the outside in.
- Rinse the stained area with clean water.
- If necessary, make a paste of baking soda and water, apply to stained area, and let sit for a few minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.
- If stain still persists, repeat the steps above and spot test an inconspicuous area of the bag with these solutions first as they may discolor if not tested.
Repeat Steps as Necessary
You can repeat above steps as necessary until stain is gone. If the stain is still not removed, you may want to seek professional cleaning advice. Be sure to always test any of the above treatments on an inconspicuous area of your Michael Kors bag before applying on the stained area.
