The first step is to scrape off any excess salad dressing. Using a spoon or butter knife, gently scrape the stained area, being careful not to damage the fabric.
Once you've removed any excess, use a clean towel or cloth to soak up the remaining moisture. Keep blotting until all of the dressing has been absorbed.
Next, apply a pre-treatment solution to the stained area. There are a variety of different products available, so be sure to read the directions and follow them carefully.
After pre-treating your joggers, launder them as usual. It's a good idea to select the hottest appropriate water temperature for your particular type of fabric, as this will help to ensure that all of the stain is removed.
Finally, check the results. If there's still some staining remaining, repeat the steps above until it's gone. And that's all there is to it!
