If you notice a salad dressing stain on your dress, don’t wait. Blot immediately with a paper towel or sponge to absorb as much of the oil and vinegar as possible.
Run the stained area under cool water and pat it dry with a clean cloth.
Place a few drops of liquid detergent directly onto the stain and work it into the fabric using your finger or a soft brush. Once you’ve done this, put the dress in the washing machine using a gentle cycle and cold water. Allow it to air dry.
If the stain still won’t come out after the wash, try soaking the garment in white vinegar for about 10 minutes, then rinse again and air dry. This should do the trick!
