Grab some paper towels or a rag and an old, clean toothbrush and gently blot the stain with towels or rag. Make sure not to scrub or press too hard as charmeuse is a delicate fabric. You can also use toothbrush to loosen the excess salad dressing stuck in the fabric.
Mix together ¼ cup of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of dish soap, and ¼ cup of cold water. Once you've blended solution, pour it over stain and wait for ten minutes. Be patient - the combination of vinegar and dish soap is designed to break down oil in dressing.
Once you've let the mixture soak for ten minutes, pour some oxygen-based bleach onto a soft-bristle brush and scrub the stain. As the oxygen-based bleach begins to work its magic, keep scrubbing the stain until it starts to fade. Afterward, rinse the fabric off and let it air dry.
