The joy of eating a great salad can be quickly diminished when you find your table linen, clothing, or other fabric items stained with the salad dressing. But don’t despair! If your item is broomstick lace, you can easily get rid of stains with the right methods.

Start by dabbing some rubbing alcohol on the stain. Carefully press down on the fabric to help transfer the dressing onto the alcohol. Next, soak a cloth in water and dish detergent, then rub the spot before washing it as normal with you conventional laundry machines.
If the salad dressing stain is stubborn, a hot iron may be able to do trick. First, lay down a thick cotton cloth (instead of a paper towel) on top of the stain. Then heat up an iron to medium-high heat. Slowly press the iron onto fabric, making sure to concentrate on the stain. Change paper towels frequently until the dressing is removed.
