Having a delicious salad for lunch may be a great idea, but it doesn't come without risks. One of the most common worries after a lunchtime salad is how to remove the inevitable salad dressing stains from your Aline dress.

The first step towards removing a fresh salad dressing stain is to rinse the garment in cold water. The sooner you can rinse the mess away, the less time the oily dressing has to set in and cause more damage.
Once the cloth is thoroughly rinsed, you can use soap to scrub the area. Make sure to use only those detergents that are marked as "color safe." Do not use bleach or any other cleaning agent that is too strong or abrasive, as it may damage the delicate fabric of your Aline dress.
When treating a particularly stubborn stain, you can also put the dress in a washing machine and wash it on a gentle cycle. Use only mild detergents and cold water for this process. After washing, hang the dress outside in the sun to dry naturally.
If all else fails, or if you don't have the time to work on the stain yourself, you can always take it to a professional dry cleaner. This is safest option if you are worried about potential damage to your dress.
