The first step is to act quickly. As soon as the spill happens, blot out as much of the excess liquid as possible using a clean cloth or paper towel. Do this gently in order to avoid spreading the stain. If there are any solids stuck on the fabric, lift them off with a spoon.
Next, mix a teaspoon of liquid dishwashing detergent with two cups of cold water. Use a clean cloth or paper towel to dab this onto the stain. Rub fabric gently in small circles, making sure to keep the area wet for several minutes. Once finished, rinse the shirt in cold water.
If any stain remains, you can use a mild stain remover or white vinegar. Be sure to read the instructions on the label carefully before applying it to your fabric. After treating stain, launder the shirt according to its care instructions.
Finally, hang up the shirt to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid using a fabric softener as this may cause stain to set in and make it harder to remove. And that’s all there is to it! With these simple tips, you can have your Adidas looking good as new.
