What You'll Need
- White Vinegar
- Cooking Oil
- Baking Soda
- Shallow Bowl
- Old Toothbrush
- Old Rag
Instructions
- Pour some white vinegar into a shallow bowl.
- Add a few drops of cooking oil and mix gently.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of baking soda into the mixture and stir until a paste is formed.
- Dip an old toothbrush into the paste and scrub the rust stain on the stocking.
- Continue scrubbing until the stain has been removed.
- Once the stain has been removed, use an old rag to wipe off the paste.
- Rinse area with cold water and allow the stocking to air dry.
Tips and Warnings
