What You Need
- White vinegar
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Old toothbrush
- Clean cloth
Instructions
- Pour white vinegar over rust stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of salt with 1 tablespoon of baking powder and stir until combined.
- Spread the paste over stained area and let it sit for an hour.
- Rub the area with an old toothbrush to make sure the paste is worked into the fabric.
- Rinse fabric with cold water and blot dry with a clean cloth.
- Repeat these steps if necessary.
