If you've got rust stains on your capris, don't worry - the stains can be removed with the right technique.

What You'll Need:

  • Lemon juice
  • Baking soda
  • White vinegar
  • Toothbrush or other scrub brush
  • Soft cloth

Step 1: Create a Cleaning Solution

In a bowl, mix together equal parts of lemon juice, baking soda, and white vinegar. Stir the mixture until it forms a paste-like consistency.

Step 2: Apply Mixture to Stain

Dip a toothbrush or other scrubbing brush into cleaning solution, then use it to gently scrub the rust stain. Make sure to apply pressure to the stain, but be careful not to damage the fabric.

Step 3: Let It Sit

Once rust stain has been scrubbed, let the mixture sit on the fabric for about 10 minutes. This will allow the solution to penetrate the stain and begin to break it down.

Step 4: Rinse and Repeat If Necessary

After 10 minutes, rinse the area with cold water. If the rust stain is still present, repeat Steps 2 and 3 one more time.

Step 5: Dry and Enjoy!

Finally, dry capris with a soft cloth. If done properly, the rust stains should be completely removed and your capris can be worn again with pride!
