Step 1: Blot the stain with a damp cloth
If you have caught the rouge stain early, all you have to do is take a damp cloth and lightly blot the stain. Make sure you don't rub the area too hard as it could spread rouge further and make the stain harder to remove.
Step 2: Apply a stain remover
If stain still remains after blotting it with a damp cloth, pour a small amount of a stain remover directly onto the spot and work it in with a small brush, working in a circular motion. Leave the solution on the stain for at least 5 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.
Step 3: Treat with vinegar and baking soda
If the stain is still there after using the stain remover, you can try treating it with a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda. Take equal parts of both ingredients and mix them together until it forms a paste. Apply the paste to the rouge stain and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before washing away with lukewarm water.
Step 4: Wash in a washing machine
Once all of above steps have been taken, it's time to put your tracksuit into the washing machine. Make sure that you select the right wash cycle, as different materials require different settings. Dry the tracksuit and voila! This should help you get rid of those pesky rouge stains.
