- Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with one cup of cold water. Soak the paper towel in the solution and place it on top of the rouge stain.
- Gently dab the stained area with the paper towel, until all of the rouge is removed.
- Once the stain is gone, rinse the area with cold water. Blot the area with a paper towel to dry it.
