The best way to remove rouge stains from your chiffon clothing is by using a combination of mild detergent and warm water. Start by mixing together one part detergent and four parts warm water in a clean bowl, then dip a soft white cloth into the solution. Gently dab the stained area of your fabric with the damp cloth until the stain begins to fade away. If necessary, you can repeat this process as many times as necessary.
It's important to be careful not to rub stained area too roughly, or else you could damage the delicate fabric. Once any remaining rouge has been removed, rinse the area thoroughly with cold water to get rid of any sudsy residue. Finally, allow the fabric to air-dry before wearing it.
If the stain still doesn't disappear after trying above method, you can also try dabbing a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto the stained area. Again, make sure to use a very gentle touch when doing this, and test out a hidden area of the fabric first to make sure the alcohol won't discolor the material.
And if the stain is still proving resistant, try using a laundry pre-treatment spray. Just spray the area lightly and run it through the washing machine on its lowest possible setting.
