If there’s any excess dirt or debris on the shoe, use an old toothbrush to remove it. Make sure to use gentle strokes and to be careful not to damage shoe itself. Once all the dirt and debris is removed, dampen a towel and use it to wipe the entire surface of each shoe.
In a bucket or sink, mix together a few tablespoons of oxygen bleach with warm water. Submerge the Reeboks into the solution and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Next, take a tablespoon of laundry detergent and create a soapy lather on both shoes. Once complete, rinse the mixture off and let the shoes air dry.
Once the Reeboks are dry, put them in the washing machine and fill it with cold water. Then, add a small amount of laundry detergent before closing the lid and turning on the machine. Let the shoes go through a short cycle, then set the machine to a spin cycle to get rid of any excess water. When finished, remove the shoes from washing machine and let them air dry.
And there you have it – a simple three-step method to quickly and easily get rid of rouge stains on your Reeboks. With the right materials and the right steps, you'll have your shoes looking good as new in no time!
