When it comes to rouge stains on your parka, it's important to act quickly so that the mark doesn't have time to set. Start by finding a clean cloth and dampening it with cold water. Gently blot stained area and do not rub it, as this could cause the stain to spread.

Continue blotting until most of the stain has been removed. Once there is only a faint mark left, you can move onto the next step which is to create a mixture of equal proportions of mild laundry detergent and cold water. Apply the mixture to the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, dab area gently with a clean cloth.

You may need to repeat this step if the stain still won't budge. If the stain persists, try substituting the mild laundry detergent with white vinegar. You can also combine it with a little bit of baking soda to make a paste. Apply mixture to the close and let it sit for 30 minutes. Once done, rinse the area with cold water and dab it dry with a clean cloth.

When it comes to washing rouge stained parkas, always use cold water and do not put it in the dryer or it could set the stain. Let your parka air dry and check the stained area to see if stain is gone. If not, repeat the steps until completely remove.
