3. After 30 minutes, remove the panties from the water and check for any remaining rouge stains.
4. If the stains are still visible, mix a solution of 1/4 cup of white vinegar with 1 gallon of warm water.
5. Soak the panties in the vinegar solution for another 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, check the panties again.
7. If necessary, scrub the stains gently with a paper towel.
8. For tougher stains, use a cotton swab soaked in white vinegar to gently rub on the stain to help loosen it.
9. Finally, rinse panties off and allow them to air dry.
