What You'll Need

- mild soap
- warm water
- vinegar
- baking soda
Instructions
- Gently and carefully remove any excess rouge from Oxford material with a soft cloth or sponge. Be careful not to spread the stains as you wipe them away.
- Mix one part mild soap to two parts warm water. Dip the cloth or sponge in the mixture and dab at the remaining rouge stains.
- If the stains remain, mix one part vinegar to two parts warm water and repeat step two.
- If the stains still won’t come out, sprinkle baking soda on the stains and rub gently. Then, dip a cloth into the soapy water mixture and wipe the stains away.
- Allow Oxfords to dry naturally. Once dry, check to ensure stains have been fully removed before continuing to wear the shoes.
