How to Remove Rouge Stains from Marcella Quickly and Easily

What You'll Need
- Oxygen-based bleach
- Distilled white vinegar
- White cotton cloth
Instructions
- Begin by diluting oxygen-based bleach in water according to package directions.
- Dip a white cotton cloth into the solution and apply it directly to the rouge stain. Allow to sit for five minutes.
- Rinse the area with cool water and blot dry with a clean cloth.
- If the stain remains, dampen a cloth in vinegar and apply to the affected area. Allow to sit for five minutes.
- Rinse the area with cool water again and allow it to air dry completely.
Tips
