6 Surefire Tips to Clean Rouge Stains off Your Macramé

5. Hang outside in direct sunlight.
The sun can be a powerful natural bleaching agent. Hang your macramé outside in direct sunlight and let it sit for a few hours. The sun will help remove the stain, but be careful not to leave it out for too long, or the colors may fade.
6. Use commercial products.
If all else fails, you can always turn to commercial products to get rid of your rouge stains. Look for products specifically designed for removing stains, and follow the directions on the label. If none of these methods work, it’s time to call in professionals.
