What You Need:

  • Laundry detergent
  • Bowl of hot water
  • Cloth or brush
  • White vinegar
  • Toothbrush
  • Spray bottle

Instructions:

  1. Mix one tablespoon of laundry detergent into the bowl of hot water.
  2. Dip a cloth or soft brush into the soapy solution, then gently scrub the affected area.
  3. If the stain persists, apply some white vinegar directly to the area and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Using a toothbrush, scrub the stain until it disappears.
  5. For tougher stains, mix a solution of one part white vinegar and two parts water in a spray bottle. Spray the affected area liberally and scrub with a brush.
  6. Rinse the garment thoroughly with cold water, then hang to dry.
