What you need

  • Stain remover
  • Absorbent cloths or paper towels
  • Dry-cleaning solvent
  • Bucket/container

How to Clean

  1. Mix one teaspoon of liquid dishwashing detergent and one cup of warm water in a bucket or container.
  2. Apply a small amount of the mixture to the stained area using an absorbent cloth or paper towel.
  3. Gently rub the stain in a circular motion.
  4. Rinse the stain with cold water until all of the detergent is gone.
  5. Apply a small amount of dry-cleaning solvent to the stained area.
  6. Allow the solvent to soak into the fabric for two to three minutes.
  7. Rinse the stain with cold water until all of the solvent is gone.
  8. Repeat steps one through seven if necessary.
  9. Air dry the garment.
