Before you even think about spraying any cleaning solutions, start by scraping away any surface grime on the grill. Try to avoid using anything that has sharp points or edges, such as metal scrapers or wire brush, as these can permanently damage your grill’s surface. Opt for a plastic putty knife instead to scrape away residue.
Once you have removed the excess debris from your grill, you can begin to spray the cleaning solution. There are many different cleaning solutions available on the market specifically designed for this purpose. Make sure to read the label and follow the directions carefully.
Now that you have applied the cleaner, let it sit for a few minutes. This will help the solution do its job even better. Just be sure to read the label to find out how long you should let it sit before wiping it away.
Once the solution has had time to work, it’s time to scrub away the stain. Use a non-metal scrub brush or sponge to scrub the area. This step is important as it helps remove the stubborn stains.
Once you have finished scrubbing, you can rinse off the grill. After you have rinsed off the cleaner, use a dry cloth to wipe the surface.
And there you have it – a beautifully clean grill that is ready for the summer season. With just a few simple steps, you can get your grill looking like new in no time!
