- Start by blotting the stain using a sponge or soft cloth dipped in club soda.
- Gently scrub the stained area with a sponge or soft cloth soaked in warm water and a small amount of liquid soap or detergent.
- If the stain remains, mix half a teaspoon each of vinegar and warm water and apply it to the affected area.
- Blot the area with a sponge or soft cloth soaked in warm water and then rinse with clean water.
- Repeat this process until the stain is gone.
