What You'll Need
- Liquid dish soap
- Clean, white cloth or paper towels
- Bleach-free laundry detergent
- Bucket with warm water
- Vinegar
Instructions
- Using a cloth or paper towel, blot the rouge stain with cold water.
- Put some liquid dish soap on a cloth and gently scrub the stain in a circular motion. Make sure to avoid scrubbing too hard, as this may damage the fabric of your capris.
- Rinse off soapy water by blotting with a clean, white cloth or paper towel.
- Fill a bucket with warm water and a generous amount of bleach-free laundry detergent. Soak the stain for 15-30 minutes.
- If the stain persists, mix half a cup of vinegar with a quart of warm water and pour the vinegar solution on the stain. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse out the vinegar solution and re-soak capri in the detergent and water solution from step four until the stain has lifted.
- Wash the capri in washing machine using warmest water temperature that is safe for the fabric.
- Let the capris air dry.
