The first step to removing red wine from your Uniqlo clothing is to act quickly. Use a clean, white cloth or paper towel to immediately blot up as much of the stain as possible. Try not to rub the stain, as this can spread it further. The more of the stain you remove before treating it, the better the outcome.
Once you've blotted up the excess wine, pre-treat stained area with a good laundry detergent or a liquid enzyme pre-wash stain remover. Apply directly to the stain and let it sit for several minutes before laundering. This will help break down the stain molecules and make them easier to remove.
After pre-treating stain, you should set your washing machine to its highest temperature setting and use the appropriate cycle for your type of clothing. If possible, use hot water instead of cold. Add the appropriate amount of detergent, and if necessary, a small amount of bleach to ensure complete stain removal. Once the cycle is finished, inspect garment for any remaining stains.
After washing the item, allow it to air dry, or use a lower temperature setting in dryer. Avoid putting item in a hot dryer as this could set the stain and make it impossible to remove. Once the item is completely dry, inspect it for any remaining traces of the stain. If necessary, repeat steps 2 and 3 as needed.
