Accidents happen and it can be sometimes pretty difficult to get red wine stains out of tracksuits. Fortunately, there are a few ways deal with this kind of warning, which we'll explore below.

To do this, start by covering the stained area with paper towel or tissue, and then, use another one to press firmly on the fabric in order to remove as much of the red wine as possible.
Once you’ve done the blotting process, use white vinegar to treat the stain. To do this, mix a ratio of one part white vinegar and two parts cold water and pour it into a spray bottle. Then, spray the fabric with mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
To remove red wine stain completely, machine wash the tracksuit in hot water with detergent, oxy or enzyme booster, and a normal amount of fabric softener.
Finally, hang the tracksuit up to dry, and if necessary, repeat Steps 1 to 4 to get rid of any remaining red wine stains.
